Gwen’s career has been devoted to heightening brand connections throughout the retail environment as consumers move closer to purchase.

For the past 15 years, Gwen has run The Store in the Americas. Gwen is responsible for extending WPP’s leadership in retail innovation and supporting global resources for WPP group companies across the Americas and Australasia. The Store serves numerous WPP companies and their clients, including T.J. Maxx, Ford, Kroeger, IKEA, Target, and Walmart International, among others. Gwen is charged with identifying issues and trends most important to retailers and brands around the world.

In 2015, Gwen launched an iTunesU channel in partnership with the University of Arizona to promote leading thinking in Retail Brand Strategy and Innovation. She is a regular presenter of the National Retail Federation and has authored numerous retail articles for business publications such as Harvard Business Review,
Journal of Brand Strategy, and Brand Week.

Previously, Gwen worked on innovation and experience marketing for McDonald’s, Disney, Nestlé, Sunkist Soda and Pizza Hut.
